Addie Acklin Wollam, 83, of Johns Island, SC, wife of the late Richard Daniel Wollam, entered into eternal rest Thursday, May 27, 2021, with her son, Richard, by her side. Her funeral service will be held at the graveside on Sunday, June 6, 2021 in the Live Oak Memorial Gardens at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends Saturday, June 5, 2021, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc.,West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway, Charleston, SC 29414.

Addie was born October 2, 1937 in Charleston, SC, a daughter of the late Christopher Acklin and Mae Weeks Acklin.

She is survived by her sons, Richard D. Wollam, Jr., Michael E. Wollam, and Thomas W. Wollam, all of Johns Island, SC; her sisters, Elizabeth Bowick of James Island, SC, and Evelyn Glover of Norfolk, VA.
