Ada Maria Giorgi Proietti, 87, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Frank J. Proietti entered into eternal rest Monday, March 20, 2017. Her Memorial Service will be held Friday, March 24, 2017 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 11:00 a.m.

Ada was born April 6, 1929 in Rome, Italy, daughter of the late Armando Giorgi and Fernanda Giorgi.

She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia P. Rosenberg (Michael) of Charleston, SC; three sons, Daniel R. Proietti (Debra) of Summerville, SC, Michael R. Proietti (Shannon) of Fort Collins, CO, Frank A. Proietti, Jr. of Charleston, SC; nine grandchildren, Stephanie Rosenberg, Carly Proietti, Stephen Rosenberg, Michael Jr., Daniel, Brooke, Jeffrey, Joseph, Kourtney Proietti, and four great-grandchildren, Jacob, Justin, Samantha Jackson, Corindo Benton.
